Evolve Body Camp
Evolve Body Camp is a fast-paced group resistance training program. It is designed to get your heart rate elevated to burn body fat, as well as strengthen and shape your muscles, which leads to long term fat loss and an improved physique. Workouts are designed for groups of 4-6 people as a more affordable alternative to personal training, along with the added motivation of tackling each workout with friends and fellow goal seekers. Evolve classes can be scheduled ahead of time, if you have a group of 4 people you enjoy working out with or if you are solo, you can join an existing group at a given time slot. Evolve Body Camp is the future of group exercise!
VETS Sports Performance Program
Verified Elite Training Systems, or VETS, is a sports performance development company that is dedicated to delivering the highest quality training to athletes that will not only lead to enhanced performance on field, but, off the field as well. VETS IS NOT here to give your athletes a “good workout.” VETS is here to provide athletes with a thought out, individualized, long-term plan that will attack the essential needs of your athletes in relation to their training age, sport, position, and availability. Speed, transferable strength, power, and most importantly, the pairing of perception and action in training will be targeted to enhance your athletes physical sporting capabilities while lifestyle education regarding recovery, sleep, nutrition, and fundamental sport performance psychology will be targeted as well.
